Weekly Mindful Moments

Relax, recharge, refocus with weekly drop-in mindfulness practices live on Zoom.

Join us as we lead a different mindfulness practice for approximately 15-20 minutes each Monday beginning at noon.

Everyone in the Western community is welcome to participate. No prior mindfulness experience is necessary. No registration is necessary.
