Mindfulness for ADHD: Discussion and Practice Workshop

Held in person in WSSB 3130

In this workshop, we will discuss what mindfulness is and the benefits of mindfulness for students with ADHD.  We will also practice some guided activities together.  No registration or prior experience with mindfulness are necessary.  Offered jointly by Accessible Education and Learning Development & Success.
